At Exercere, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
